Council appreciates you taking the time to provide feedback.

To make things easier, here are some tips before completing this form:

1. Certain information has been marked as required, so that we can easily make contact you following receiving your submission, to arrange a time for you to speak to your submission (if a verbal submission is requested) or to advise you of the outcome after Council makes their decisions.

2. This form only has one question, where you can either type your feedback on the Proposed Schedule of Fees and Charges and/or upload a document in support of your submission.

Verbal submissions

A Council Hearing will occur on 30 April 2025, on the same day as the Draft Annual Plan 2025/26 consultation hearing.

A total of up to five minutes per person (and up to 10 minutes per organisation) is allocated to those wishing to speak to one or more of the consultations they submitted on.

Public information: All submissions (including your name and contact details) will be provided to Council staff for administration and analysing feedback, and to those who are involved in decision making on the consultation.

All submissions, including submitter names (unless you request otherwise by contacting us at help.desk@cluthadc.govt.nz or 0800 801 350) but not contact details, will be publicly available online. The body of your submission and any attachments will not be checked for personal information and you should assume that anything included in these will be made public.
